A large majority of us absolutely need to search for the best blender for frozen fruit smoothies because frozen ingredients are a huge part of making smoothies all-year round.
Whether you buy frozen blends for smoothies or you buy bags of various frozen fruits and veggies or you freeze your own fruits and vegetables, a blender to handle all these frozen delights is a must.
So, let’s see which are the best appliances you should consider first if you want to make daily delicious ice-cold smoothies.
Best Blender for Frozen Fruit Smoothies for all Budgets
The thing I like most is that you don’t even have to spend hundreds of dollars if you are on a limited budget. You’ll still be able to buy a truly awesome model for making smoothies and many other things.
While we have Vitamix with their high prices and impressive quality, we also have Ninja, which excels both in countertop and personal blenders.
Plus, Nutribullet is always amazing both in terms and prices and quality.
Last but not least, Hamilton Beach countertop and personal blenders are a bit of a gamble but they’re cheap and many buyers absolutely love them. Even if they’re cheap, they also have the potential to last quite a while. Check out my article on how long blenders last.
1. Nutribullet Personal Blender 600: One of the Best Blenders for Frozen Fruit Smoothies
I still regard the Nutribullet Personal Blender 600 as one of my favorites even today. This is the original nutribullet and it’s also one of the most affordable models we could buy.
What I like the most about the original nutribullet 600 is that it offers quality, impressive power in a small package, versatility, ease of use and the option to transform the cup into a go-to cup.
All these important features are wrapped in an appliance that has a pretty decent price.
Are there cheaper models that we could pick for making smoothies from frozen fruits, fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and a whole list of other ingredients?
Of course there are and I’m going to review a couple of cheaper blenders for smoothies later on in this article.
But if you are looking for the best blender for smoothies under $100, this Nutribullet Personal Blender would be the first one I would check out.
It’s also powerful enough to make soups, salsa, hummus, and many other dishes. Or you can use it to make flour or to grind spices and other wonderful things like that. It small but versatile.
Features
The 600 watts motor base is impressive when it comes to personal blenders. This power ensures that your machine can blend through frozen fruits without any problems. You’ll get smooth smoothies in no time.
This level of power makes it truly versatile. You can even turn grains/legumes into flours, grind spices, coffee beans, make soups, hummus, salsa, shred chicken and whatever else you want to make.
The powerful stainless Extractor blades that use cyclonic action to break down tough ingredients are the main reason for choosing this model as one of my favorite blenders for frozen fruit smoothie and everything else.
Another interesting feature is the 24 oz cup (700 ml). For personal blenders, that’s quite big. You can drink an entire day from your to-go cup.
The to-go lid is perfect for those who want to leave their home with their energizing, ice-cold, healthy drink.
All the parts are dishwasher safe. I just prefer quickly rinsing them by hand if I only use them for smoothies.
You can add a drop of dish soap, add a bit of water, put the cup back on the base and blend the water with the dish soap for a thorough washing in a few seconds. The same cleaning can be done for all blenders, not only for this nutribullet 600.
2. Vitamix E310 Explorian: Best Blender for Smoothies & More
While the nutribullet 600 can be considered quite affordable, Vitamix models are exactly the opposite. We’ll find that they’re some of the most expensive. But also some of the most popular and well-praised.
When it comes to Vitamix models, there’s no point in even asking the question: would this appliance make some of the smoothest smoothies from frozen fruits?
You should totally assume that their blenders are totally some of the best blenders for frozen fruit smoothies and everything else you want to do.
That’s because they’re very powerful.
Pretty much, in the world of many kitchen appliances, power is a huge thing. It’s an important factor when we’re talking about food processors, blenders, stand mixers, countertop ovens, microwave ovens, espresso machines etc.
The blades are equally important. Vitamix always has impressive blades in their blender series. They’re scratch, shatter and chemical resistant. Most importantly, they’re good for any application, beverage and food prep.
The idea is that you can’t go wrong, no matter which unit you buy from Vitamix.
Features
Why did I decide to recommend the Vitamix E310 Explorian out of so many Vitamix models?
One reason is that it’s on the more affordable side. It’s usually sold for about $350, while the Vitamix 5200 costs around $500 or maybe more.
There’s quite the difference between them. I think that both are absolutely impressive but if it’s Vitamix you want, you should get the one that matches your budget.
Another reason is that the manufacturer describes it as our entry into true high-performance blending. It can indeed be that.
The E310 comes with a 1,200-1,400 watts motor base.
There’s also a 48 oz container, which is perfect for blending medium batches for small family meals. But you can also blend in two sessions if you have a bigger family.
Just like a wide majority of Vitamix blenders, the E310 has 10 speeds. It’s very easy to use because we can select whatever speed we want for our foods.
We only get the pulse function and the 10 speeds to obtain the precise texture we’re looking for in our smoothies, soups, salsas, hummus, sauces etc.
The blades are described as being laser-cut, stainless-steel hammermill and cutting blades measuring 3-in diameter to ensure a consistent blend every time.
Other accessories include a mini-tamper and a cookbook.
It also comes with a 5-year warranty.
3. Ninja BN801: Complex Blender for Smoothies & More
The Ninja BN801 goes way beyond being the best blender for frozen fruit smoothies.
Of course, we can totally use it for smoothies but this Ninja countertop blender comes with many accessories and functions that you’ll want to make so much more than just your daily smoothie with frozen fruits and other ingredients.
There are even cheaper Ninja models, like the Ninja SS351, Ninja Twisti or others like that. They’re all powerful, I just decided to focus on the BN801 because it has the highest number of components.
Components
Since I’ve mentioned that it’s a complex appliance, let’s see what we receive for a pretty affordable price.
First, we have the 1,400 watts power base. It’s beautifully powerful.
The Ninja Total Crushing Blades are perfect for perfectly crushed ice and for going smoothly through frozen fruits for our ice-cold drinks and smoothies.
We also get Pro Extractor Blades. You can use either for making frozen fruit smoothies. See which one works best and stick with that.
It comes with a 72 oz pitcher with a 64 oz max liquid capacity. It’s perfect for larger families. I love that.
Moreover, 2 single-serve cups (24 oz each) with spout lids are included in the package for those who want to take their drinks with them.
The other component that totally makes me love this BN801 is the 64 oz (8 cups) precision processor bowl.
Thus, if you don’t own a processor, you can buy the Ninja BN801 because it comes with one.
We can use this 8-cup processor to even make up to 2 pounds of dough. It includes a dough blade precisely for that. You don’t even need a stand mixer to make dough anymore.
The processor also comes with a chopping blade for chopping vegetables and other ingredients for an effortless preparation for all your dishes.
Features
The 5 preset Auto-IQ functions are another reason to like the Ninja BN801.
These functions are: smoothie, ice crush, extract, chop and dough.
The buttons featured by the power base are: low, med, high, and pulse. Thus, if you want to use the BN801 outside of its 5 presets, we only have 3 speeds to choose from: low, med, and high.
If you’re using the presets, you don’t have to do anything more besides adding the ingredients to the pitcher or processor bowl and selecting the desired function. The blender will shut down on its own when it’s done, you can totally leave it alone.
Everything is dishwasher-safe.
4. Vitamix 5200: One of the Most Powerful Blenders for Smoothies
I once saw a review from someone who said that the power of the Vitamix 5200 is way superior to the overall performance of the much cheaper Vitamix E310 Explorian.
This is perfect for those who have truly generous budgets and desire the best that money can buy.
It looks pretty similar to the Explorian.
A major difference is that the 5200 has a 64 oz container. Thus, it’s bigger and more suitable for larger families.
We get the same 10 speeds plus the pulse feature and a quite similar power base.
Another thing is that the manufacturer mentions that we can make hot soups in the pitcher because the blades in the Vitamix container reach speeds fast enough to create friction heat, bringing cold ingredients to steaming hot in about 6 minutes.
Frankly, I’m not a big fan of making soups from start to finish in my blender, I prefer boiling the ingredients in a pot and then blending them for a smooth or more chunky consistency, depending on what I’m in the mood for.
5. Ninja Personal Blender: Upgraded Personal Blender for Frozen Fruit Smoothies
As we’ve seen earlier with their countertop blender, Ninja is a manufacturer that likes to bring additional features to their appliances.
At first glance they might resemble what other brands make but, once we look closely, we’ll see that Ninja likes to push the envelope and create even better appliances for our kitchens.
Features
This Ninja Personal Blender looks a lot better than other personal blenders on the market. It screams power.
While I love the nutribullet 600 because it’s powerful and more affordable, if you’re willing to spend around $100 on a personal blender for frozen fruit smoothies, I recommend this model from Ninja.
First of all, it has a 1,100 watts power base. That’s impressive, when we think that powerful countertop blenders score just a bit higher.
We also get 2 single-serve cups. Each measures 24 oz, which I love. I’m not a fan of making only a tiny quantity of smoothies from frozen fruits or fresh ingredients.
Each cup also gets a spout lid for taking your smoothie with you when you leave home.
We also get pro extractor blades that easily crush ice and break down whole fruits and veggies.
Moreover, there are 2 Auto-IQ programs, which is not something you see with personal blenders. One is for crush and the other is for smoothie. There’s also a small screen that shows how long each program lasts.
Another thing that distinguishes this Ninja Personal Blender from other competitors is the pulse feature. In general, personal blenders have just one speed and no buttons for functions, no pulse feature. This is certainly different from the rest.
6. Hamilton Beach Personal Blender 51101AV: Cheapest Blender for Smoothies
Could such a cheap appliance be chosen as one of the best blenders for frozen fruit smoothies? Definitely.
There are a lot of reviews from users who blend all kinds of fruits for their smoothies made with this Hamilton Beach Personal Blender. And they’re pretty much all very satisfied with the results and the smoothness of the frozen fruit smoothies. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have thought of including it in my recommendations.
Are there also many complaints about this Hamilton Beach? There are. You should read both the negative and the positive reviews.
You’ll be taking a chance on this one but that’s what we do even if we buy a $500 model. Just test it as soons as it arrives to see if it’s up to your standards and then you can decide if you’re going to keep it.
If you’re on a very small budget, there’s really no better option.
Features
Frankly, I really like this Hamilton Beach. I even reviewed it as perfectly capable of grinding spices so you can be sure that it has some versatility, even in this tiny package.
We get one of the least powerful motor bases at 175 watts. I know that I always say that blenders are all about power. Then a model like the 51101AV comes along and shows us that tiny packages can be just as capable and versatile. I really appreciate that.
The 14 oz (400 ml) cup is also on the smaller side. It’s perfect if you enjoy your smoothies in smaller quantities. You can also use it as a travel cup.
If you have a large family, it will take a bit until you’ve made smoothies for everyone but it’s totally doable with a bit of patience.
All the parts are dishwasher safe: the blending jar, blades and travel lid.
7. Breville Super Q Blender: One of the Most Impressive Blenders for Frozen Fruit Smoothies
I guess Breville likes to remind us that Vitamix is not the only brand that can make very expensive countertop blenders.
Obviously, no one has ever thought of associating the words Breville and affordable in the same sentence. I think this brand is allergic to making products that don’t surprise us, either with their design or their prices.
I must admit that I’m a total fan when it comes to how the Breville appliances look. Whether it’s their countertop pizza oven, their espresso machine, even their toasters or their countertop blenders, they all have one thing in common: that metallic, sleek design that makes their appliances stand out a mile away. I’ve always admired that about them.
So, if you like expensive appliances but you’re also a huge Breville fan, then you can go right ahead and read this short review and see what you think.
By the way, do you think they had some inspiration from James Bond with that Super Q name?
Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case because Breville describes it as being Super Quick, Super Quiet, Super Blender. Thus, Super Q Blender. Still, that’s a catchy name.
Components
The Breville Super Q Blender is not a simple countertop blender. It’s one that requires learning and reading the user manual so that we understand everything it’s capable of doing. But that’s how it goes with Breville appliances. They’re perfect for those who like to experiment and learn new functions and tricks.
Firstly, it has an impressive 1,800 watts motor. When it comes to household blenders, it’s one of the most powerful on the market.
Breville also mentions that it has the highest possible motor rating. It also possesses 186mph blade tip speed.
Beside the 68 oz extra-durable copolyester jug, we also get a 24 oz personal blending cup.
It also includes something called noise suppression technology. A unique cooling system reduces operating noise optimizing it for the home, even homes where everyone lives in close quarters.
Features
There are 5 touch programs (functions): green smoothie, smoothies, soup, pulse/ice crush, and frozen dessert.
That’s how the cookbook is mostly organized, too.
Plus a few other interesting chapters where we learn that we can make our own gluten free flour mix thus it works well for making flours, we can also make a variety of doughs (pasta, pizza, bread, desserts), and we can make spice mixes so it grinds spices into powders perfectly.
Under frozen desserts, you’ll find recipes like chocolate hazelnut & banana freeze. We place ice cubes into the jug and use the ice crush program for 30 seconds or until the ice is crushed. After that, we place the rest of the ingredients into the blender jug on top of the crushed ice. We select the frozen desserts program and let it do its work until the program finishes. If we want it to be more smooth, we can repeat the program. Then, we place the mix into the freezer for 5 hours or more.
There are also 12 speed settings. With the help of these 12 speeds we can mill flour, ground spices, make nut butters, nut & bean milk, dips, sauces, dressings, and so much more.
Last but not least, the Breville Super Q Blender comes with a 10 year limited product warranty, which is the highest I’ve ever seen. If you pick this Breville as the best blender for frozen fruits smoothies you certainly know what you’re paying for.
I also checked out their recipe book. Check it out if you want to discover amazing recipes, even if you end up buying a cheap model like the Hamilton Beach Personal Blender 51101AV.
While I love their smoothie recipes, the recipes for savory dishes are amazing.
How to Make Frozen Fruit Smoothies in a Blender: Layering Different Ingredients
When we’re making frozen fruit smoothies and we also want to use a bunch of other ingredients, whether they’re fresh fruits/vegetables, ice, liquids, powders, nuts and seeds or soft foods, we need to keep in mind that there’s a proper order for layering ingredients.
How to layer different ingredients in a blender:
1. Add the liquid, that’s that base and when you blend frozen fruit smoothies you absolutely need liquid (water, milk, cold brew, etc.) to prevent the frozen ingredients from sticking together in a bit lump, the blades should be submersed in liquid
2. Leafy greens and herbs go immediately after liquids because they’re very soft
3. Nuts and seeds follow as the third layer
4. The fourth layer is composed of soft foods (nut butters, tofu, yogurt, etc.)
5. On the fifth layer we add fresh fruits and veggies
6. If you’re using frozen ingredients you add them now as the sixth layer
7. Powders can be added as the seventh layer (protein powder, fiber, collagen, etc.)
If you’re only using liquids and frozen ingredients, add your liquid first and then the frozen fruits. You might need to stop and mix a time or two to make sure that the crushed frozen ingredients don’t stick together but that also depends on how powerful and capable the blades on your blender are.
For example, you can make a delicious smoothie of milk, seeds and nuts, and frozen berries. There’s nothing like it. Skip the seeds and nuts if you don’t like them.
Should you blend frozen fruits in a blender?
I do it all the time because I have confidence in my models so I’ve been blending frozen fruits in all my blenders that I’ve had throughout the years.
However, some people might think that the blades can crack and break when they’re trying to chop through the frozen ingredients.
If you’re afraid that that might be something that could happen, you can leave the frozen fruits/vegetables overnight to thaw in the fridge. That’s what we do if we want to juice frozen fruits because we can’t juice frozen fruits, we need to thaw them.
I don’t leave them to thaw because I’m convinced that my blenders can handle them without damage.
Considering that blenders are made to break ice, I don’t see why the blades would be damaged from frozen ingredients.
When I freeze my fruits for smoothies, I cut them into smaller pieces so that the motor doesn’t overexert itself when it’s trying to crush them. When I need to use them, I put the whole frozen lump of fruit on a thick cutting board. I then pull the pieces apart with a very strong knife. I stab at the block of frozen fruits until they break apart.
Of course, if you buy bags of frozen fruits, those are even easier to use because they don’t stick together in the bag. Thus, you can use them straight out of the bag in whatever quantities you want.
Why is my frozen fruit not blending?
The explanation is that frozen fruits tend to be more sticky. They can clump together and form a big ball of frozen ingredients.
If that happens, there’s nothing to do then to wait for that lump to thaw for a bit or try to break it down with a sharp tool.
Or you can add a bit more liquid to create that vortex into the blender so that the blades can turn the frozen fruits into slushy.
Liquids will prevent frozen fruits from not blending. We definitely need a bit of liquid for our frozen fruit smoothies.
In order to totally avoid my frozen fruits not blending, I combine fresh ingredients with frozen ingredients.
Add liquids to the mix and you’re totally good to go without any problems or inconveniences.
Right above, I talked about layering ingredients. It’s an important thing to know about if you combine a lot of different textures for your smoothies.
Best Blender for Frozen Fruit Smoothies Buying Guide
Besides making smoothies, my second favorite thing I use my blenders for are creamy soups.
Blenders are amazing kitchen appliances with highly versatile uses. And some manufacturers also sell some very good accessories to increase their versatility even more.
For example, when I reviewed the best blenders for making flour, I mentioned two such accessories: the Nutribullet Milling Blade and the Vitamix Dry Grains Container. These are amazing accessories that help us make flours (whole grain flour, rice flour, chickpea flour, almond flour, etc.), grind spices into powders and grind coffee beans. But if we have a powerful blender, we can do all that even without the extra accessories.
We can even make doughs (bread, pizza, cookie doughs) in some of them. Or make hummus. Or shred chicken.
The idea is that even if we buy a blender with the only thought of making smoothies or frozen fruit smoothies, I want you to be aware of just how many other things these kitchen appliances can do. Take full advantage of them.
We’ve seen my reviews for the best blenders for making smoothies with frozen fruits. However, maybe you don’t like any of them. That can totally happen.
In that case, let’s go over some of the features you need to keep in mind if you want to search for your own blender.
Countertop blenders vs personal blenders vs immersion hand blenders
Let’s get this out of the way because there are three main types of blenders to choose from. Once you decide which type will work best for you, making the final choice will be much easier.
What are countertop blenders?
These are the classic ones, the design we grew up with, until personal and immersion blenders stepped into the picture.
We get a base where the motor is, the functions and the buttons for pulse and speed.
Next, comes the big pitcher/cup/jar with the plastic lid that can have a variety of capacities: 32 oz (almost 1 L), 48 oz (1.4 L), 64 oz (approx 1.9 L), 72 oz (about 2.1 L), 75 oz (2.2 L).
Most of us still prefer buying a countertop model to make our smoothies and everything else we might need.
I must admit that I love them. However, my main reason for preferring countertop blenders is that I cook and make smoothies for 4 people. That means that I need a big pitcher so that I can make the necessary quantity of smoothie in one go.
Thus, this is the preferable option if you’re making delicious, nutritious, healthy drinks for two or more people.
What are personal blenders?
If I want to quickly describe personal blenders, I just have to mention one word: nutribullet.
There are quite a few very good reasons for choosing personal blenders.
First of all, most are a lot more affordable than countertop blenders. Thus, if you’re on a budget but you still want decent power, capabilities and versatility, personal blenders are pretty awesome.
Moreover, they’re awesome because their cups transform into travel cups because they come with a to-go lid so you can take your frozen fruit smoothie with you. It will stay cold for a good amount of time because you’ve made it with frozen fruits.
Last but not least, they’re the best choice for those with limited space on the countertop. These won’t take up much space at all.
And they work even for making smoothies for 2 persons in just one go.
Some are smaller with 14 oz or 16 oz cups. But other models have 24 oz cups (700 ml), which are big enough.
What are immersion blenders?
Immersion blenders are a wonderful option if we want to make creamy soups or purees in the pan where we’ve cooked the ingredients.
We can use them for emulsifying mayonnaise or salad dressings. And for making whipped cream very quickly.
The blending arm contains the blades and the motor. It’s surprising that we can get such great power from an appliance that is not much thicker than most rolling pins.
Thus, when we want to blend our soups or make our pures, we grab the blending arm, select the speed we want, and gently move the stick with the blades around the pot until everything is turned into a smooth blend.
Can we choose an immersion blender as the best blender for frozen fruit smoothies?
Not exactly.
These work great for cooked vegetables but they don’t do that well with raw fruits and vegetables.
Plus, the smoothies made with immersion blenders are not as smooth as the ones made with a countertop/personal blender. They’re just a bit more grainy.
If you have frozen fruits and you only have an immersion blender in the house, I recommend pouring some liquid over the frozen fruits/vegetables. Leave them like that for an hour or until they’re a bit more soft. At that point, the immersion blender can go through them easily and transform them into a smoothie.
My main reason for loving my immersion model is the fact that it comes with a small food chopper. I love using that small food chopper for many of the dishes I cook.
Some other models also include a whisk attachment, which can work great for whipping egg whites and things like that.
Budget
Since we’ve introduced the three main types of blenders we can choose from, let’s see how much you should expect to spend on the best blender for frozen fruit smoothies.
After all, what you can afford to spend is pretty much the most crucial factor that will influence your final choice.
Keeping in mind that we can buy blenders for prices between $20 and going as high up as $1,000, that means that we can have quite a wide range to choose from.
Thus, if we are pretty much fixed on a certain budget, that will eliminate a lot of other models.
Some of the most expensive models are manufactured by Vitamix. It’s pretty much one of the most appreciated manufactures in this world. The prices for their most affordable blenders are around $250-$350.
Some of their most powerful, most appreciated models cost around $500-$600. Commercial Vitamix blenders are sold for $1,000 or more.
On the opposite end, the cheapest models are manufactured by Hamilton Beach. For example, we have the Hamilton Beach Personal Blender 51101AV that costs a bit over $20. We can also buy cheap countertop blenders from Hamilton Beach for about $40. All in all, it doesn’t get cheaper than that.
The Nutribullet Personal Blender 600 is still one of my favorites for making pretty much everything, from smoothies to soups to making flour and grinding spices. It’s also an amazing choice if you’re looking for a seriously powerful model under $100.
In the moderately priced category, with most of the blenders costing between $100-$200, we have Ninja. It’s a very good manufacturer and it’s a favorite of mine for air fryers. Their models have many functions, including a function for making dough or smoothie bowls, and quite a lot of accessories.
Power
Countertop blenders will throw numbers around like 1,200-1,400 watts. That’s a proper powerful countertop blender.
Others will even incorporate 1,600 watts power or even 1,800 watts like the Breville Super Q. Commercial blenders will have 1,800-2,200 watts motors.
Personal blenders have less powerful motors because they’re also a lot smaller.
Some will have 600 watts, 700 watts or even 900-1100 watts motor bases. A 600 watts motor is good enough for pretty much anything we want to do.
Cheaper models, like the Hamilton Beach Personal Blender 51101AV are a lot less powerful at 175 watts. But even that can be good enough for plenty of things.
Functions/speeds
Some countertop blenders, like the very expensive Vitamix models don’t have any functions, besides the pulse feature. But all countertop blenders come with the pulse feature.
We have models that have functions, like smoothie, bowl, extract, chop, dough, spread, etc. Some might only have a couple of functions like smoothies, crush ice plus the pulse feature.
Those models that have functions like the ones I’ve mentioned make things very easy for us because the functions come with preprogrammed timed pulsing, blending and pausing patterns. They do the work for us and they will stop when everything is done.
Of course, even models with functions include variable speed control. There will be a knob for increasing and decreasing the speed of the blades, in case we don’t want to use any of the included functions.
And we have models like the Vitamix ones who have speeds. They have 10 speeds. We start on the low speed and gradually move up to the top speed (no. 10) in the course of a few seconds.
I like both types. I enjoy it if I have a few functions that I can use with its predetermined time and movements but I also enjoy using the knob to select the best speed for what I’m blending.
What about personal blenders?
We usually press on the cup to blend the ingredients or to make flour or peanut butter or grind spices, etc.
They’re very easy to use and there’s no need to worry about functions, speeds and things like that.
More advanced personal blenders, like the Ninja BN401, even include buttons for functions, like crush, smoothie and pulse. Once we select smoothie, we can leave the blender alone to do its job, it will work and stop on its own.
Why do we need a blender for frozen fruit smoothies?
Personally, I need a blender that can totally handle frozen fruit because I freeze my own fruits, either picked from my garden or bought from other farmers.
I tend to focus on freezing organic fruits and that’s what I do throughout the summer, until late autumn.
Obviously, there are also many fruits that I don’t freeze because they are available in supermarkets at pretty much the same prices throughout the year. These are bananas, apples, pears, pineapples, citrus fruits, etc.
But we can definitely say that buying fresh strawberries or blueberries from the supermarket in the winter is going to cost a lot, especially if you’re making smoothies daily for more than one person.
Thus, the first category of people that look for the best blenders for making smoothies with frozen fruits are those who freeze a lot of their own fruits.
The other category is represented by people who buy frozen fruit bags from supermarkets. I also end up buying quite a few bags after I finish my own. Those bought are also quite delicious but they’re pretty pricey, especially when it comes to buying frozen berries.
We can also buy frozen blends for smoothies. Those work if you’re only making smoothies for yourself and you have a pretty generous budget. Frozen blends for smoothies are amazing because you don’t have to do anything more than open up the bag, pour liquid into your blender’s pitcher/cup and add the blend of fruits/vegetables.
Of course, you can also make your own blends and freeze them for later use. I absolutely recommend doing that, especially if you find a bunch of fruits/vegetables on sale.
Plus, frozen fruits transform our smoothies into ice-cold delights. And we don’t even need to add ice to the mix anymore. Basically, that’s why we absolutely need to buy the best blender for frozen fruit smoothies that totally matches our budget and expectations.
